    "Easiest Virtual Desktop manager"

    January 27, 2010  |   By notonthelist

    Version: GiMeSpace Desktop Extender 1.2.0.54

    Pros

    Very easy to use
Very stable (even when i load full screen games)
Memory Footprint 5-6 Mb (very small)
Hardly uses any CPU cycles (1-2%)

    Cons

    None really

    Summary

This is by far the easiest virtual desktop software i had used, the concept is different from the rest. It is just one screen that scrolls (is that simple). It works like a charm on my computer.

"Very useful, saves me buying an extra monitor."

    November 4, 2009  |   By JanHolm98

    Version: GiMeSpace Desktop Extender 1.0

    Pros

This program seems to do what it should do, nothing more and nothing less: expanding my desktop. Wish all software was that simple. Great software.

    Cons

Interface is not that spectacular, but then again, you hardly ever need the control panel.

    Summary

    Anyone would love this program.

"Way better then any other desktop manager."

    November 3, 2009  |   By malcombakker

    Version: GiMeSpace Desktop Extender 1.0

    Pros

Very intuitive. Easy and fast to use. No more buttons to click like with other desktop managers. Just move the mouse to anywhere where you want to be. A function like this should be build in standard in MS-Windows! Such simple but powerful concept.

    Cons

When you move around a lot in the "always scrolling mode" windows sometimes get not repainted properly. But once you stop moving they will get repainted properly.

    Summary

You wonder why something like this hasn't been on the market before. It seems stupid to limit your desktop space by the borders of your screen. I think MS should build this functionality into their new windows.
