"Ruined my computer!! I cannot believe I downloaded this"

Pros
NOTHING. Though once I called them 20 times they did call me back.
Cons
This crashed my computer. I had to take it to a professional to have it repaired. The file they gave me to get rid of this program did not work. It made my computer crash, wouldn't let IE open or Outlook. It basically ate my entire system.
Summary
I read another review that said that they couldn't get this program off their computer either and I have found many more people who have had huge problems posting complaints online. The good news is this file is embedded so deep in your computer and doesn't come with an uninstall option so it requires a third party uninstall tool to get it off, which coincidentally Tenebril sells one. What a racket! I had to take my computer to a professional to be repaired-- in fact it is still being fixed right now.
It was really hard to find their phone number so I will post it here: 1.800.722.7770 this will take you to Process Software, which owns Tenebril. Another number is 508.879.6994, this is the CEOs office. Though the staff did try and help me after I called several times the solution did not work and my computer was still non-functioning. If I turned it off I could not get it to turn back on until I had manually stopped several of their processes. It even prevented me from being able to run my computer in Safe Mode.
Both of these companies are owned by Halo Technology Holding, Inc. which apparently made over 25 million dollars last year by running this scheme. Even though I just used the free trial option I will tell you it was not free at all and has caused so many problems and headaches that I feel like I am still paying for it.
I cannot believe anyone gave this a good review. I would have never installed this program had I read all the horrible problems I found on search engines.
