A lightweight and simple program, Ghost MP3 CD Maker does its job but not much more. The program has no installation, per se; it just opens on your desktop when you double-click the download file. On launch you will be warned that Ghost MP3 CD Maker is not compatible with older CD-ROMs, only with newer discs. The program's interface resembles a modern media player more than a recorder. You can load, play, and burn music files in MP3 and WAV formats. You also can design and print double-sided CD covers right from the main window. Still, the program is pretty standard fare, offering nothing much beyond those functions and the competitive Burn Proof feature. If you have advanced audio needs, this probably isn't the right program for you, but if you just need to burn some MP3s onto new CD-ROMs, Ghost MP3 CD Maker is an easy, unobtrusive choice.Publisher's description
