"Great program!"
Pros: Not only can you include different smilies and emoticons you see on the net in GetSmile, you can also insert images, texts and url's in its available fields too which is quite helpful for lazy people like me!. You also can creat different categories and subcategories to access your wanted items easier.
Great tool if you wish to decorate your emails and forum posts with different emoticons and smilies either from the program own smilies library or the ones you have just found and added to it.
But here let me add this one note that the appearing of the added smilies highly depend on whether the original site has allowed hotlinking to them or not for if it doesn't allow hotlinking you'll just have that red X instead of the desired image.
Cons: Finding your wanted category gets quite difficult when you have created lots and lots of them; you cannot adjust the size of the cells to the size of your smiley either and have to point at it to see it in the popped up window which makes your work difficult when you have a set of BIG sized smilies!! And the interface is not that very cute (personal idea of course!).

I am truely sorry but I made a mistake in saying that it's not possible to resize the smiley cells as they ARE adjustable indeed (to some extent of course), and please consider this a 5 star program as it's quite useful while being pretty helpful too =)
