I just needed to get the icon from one exe and it worked fine, it doesent need to be installed i just runs and it works. Simple to use and not to mention its small and FREE.

This program is small and simple, and it gets the job done. It extracts the icons from all files in a given directory, and it names the icons according the file name they came from. It's a very useful tool.

On my test machine (1.4GHz Athlon, Win XP), a search for all the icons in XP's shell32.dll took a fraction of a second, and surprised me when it dumped the contents of the DLL into a folder of my choice milliseconds later. And best of all, it's free, unlike most other programs in its category. Great work, drWolf.
