I'm a positive person, so I'm sorry that I'm unable to say anything positive.
Cons
First off, this download gave me a false virus message (i hope it was false anyway.) After getting it downloaded, it seemed to work fine right away, but it would continually crash after 19-20 minutes, which wasn't long enough for the videos I was recording. Not all of the sites they say work, actually do. When I asked for my money back by sending a half dozen emails, no one ever contacted me back, even though it's supposed to be guaranteed or your money back.
Summary
Avoid, as it's not fit for purpose.

It's unique and powerful. I can download videos from all video sites now. A very good software, very convenient to use them. It's worth to order!

Sense of this software is imperfect, needs to be improved.

"Doesnt' work; no reaction from customer service"

None, I have nothing positive to say because I never got it to do what I wanted it to do (download videos for my college level classes).

Can't recommend this software at all.

Doesn't work with PBS website and no refund.
Summary
Purchased full version, but hampered with problems with flash which took three days to sort out. No email reply from support. Figured out the issue myself and was disappointed to find out it doesn't work with PBS as it claims. I asked for a refund, but no one has replied in over a month, so I'm starting to think that I've been taken.

Norton detected 'Exploit_c' virus when I downloaded software, so I wasn't able to proceed further. I'm just glad I recently updated my antivirus.
Cons
No reply to my emails from tech/customer support, which is pretty poor, so I'm glad I didn't purchase.
Summary
I was very hopeful about this software, but I can't really comment on the it's features, because my antivirus detected the 'Exploit_c' virus when I downloaded it, so I wasn't going to take any chances. No reply to my emails from tech/customer support, which is pretty poor, so I'm glad I didn't purchase. If they get rid of the exploit_c virus and reply to emails, I would be willing to evaluate it again in the future.

"Nice Software!!"

Pros
Able to download video from lots of sites. I've tried five different software programs to capture flv from Hulu Plus, particularly because I want to record episodes for playback on my media system. This is the first that worked and was simple to operate. Nice!!
Cons
I also need a mac version.

Able to download video from multiple sites
Cons
Too expensive when so many other programs are on the market for free or at a much lesser cost. Also, the trial version is not only limited by the time you can have it, but also by the functionality. It only allows downloading small video clips or a portion of large clips.
Summary
Not worth the money. Trial version should be fully functional & ad supported.

NON: Purchased this product after reading the Editors review here. The product worked for the first three weeks then just STOPPED working. Contacted support several times but had NO RESPONSE.
Cons
It appears there is NO SUPPORT and the company is based in China. Tried contacting support several times via the email address given to send me a new link or registration key, but heard nothing nack.
Summary
Find another product instead of THROWING YOU MONEY AWAY on this one.
