Version: GetDataBack Data Recovery 3.02
"Good for recovering USB sticks, memory cards..."
Pros: Among other programs, this one recovered my files on one USB stick and one CF memory card. I tried lots of other programs and only GDB suceeded. I think it has deep search engine which is raw searching through sectors on physical devices.
Cons: I did not tried to recover files from hdd so i don't know is it good with that.

"Very useful for unreadable disks"
Summary: I work in an IT company and someone had left in a key stick that was unreadable. They likely forgot to perform the "Safely remove hardware" before pulling out the stick. Once the stick was plugged back in, Windows showed "This disk is not formatted... read more

Version: GetDataBack Data Recovery 3.02
Pros: It's a very good prog. It saved all my data when HD had corrupted. I like its interface and, it wasn't difficult for me to make it recover files from the first time of using it.
Cons: the only minus is its price.:(
