Version: GenoPro 1.99
Pros: If you are just starting out, this is a must have! So easy to use, lets you import and export more than just GEDcoms. Adding or editing both information and people has never been easier. No tech problems (I've got XP) or other issues. I've had verison 1.7, and I love all the added features!
Cons: AutoArrange gennerates a basic tree, which can get messy and confusing if you have a large family tree. i.e. lines drawn to nowhere, people overlap, etc.. I've got over 800 people in mine, and I have to manually arrage it everytime I add a new person, which is tedious!

Version: GenoPro 1.99
"Cute diagram - but limited capabilities"
Pros: Cute way to have a quick look at other people's GEDCOMs.
Cons: The genogram view concept is all well and good if you don't have too many people in your family tree, but get a few hundred (which really isn't that many!) and it's not so practical anymore.
Doesn't take in all data from standard GEDCOMS.
Limited ability to enter all the information you might want to, and add sources.

Version: GenoPro 1.99
"Very, very generic. Not too many features."
Pros: The product allows users a very generic look at the Geneaology of family, but beyond that, nothing too impressive.
Cons: Too generic. Allows users to input names and dates, but beyond that - pretty bland.

Version: GenoPro 1.99
"Your genealogy software hunt should end here"
Pros: GenoPro is the only genealogy software on the market with all-in-one WYSIWYG editing. This means that the document window shows a genogram of all your family members with all relations (not just family/pedigree view like in almost all other programs), which can be rearranged by drag and drop, if you prefer a custom layout. There are different types of lines for relations, even for unofficial, emotional ones, with a different icon for males and females, every person's birth and death date is displayed, along with the calculated lifespan and a cross marking in case the person has died, which together make a GenoPro genogram very informative, while being extremely obvious for anyone. Every person has his or her own popup window, invokable by double-clicking his icon, which can contain almost everything about him (much more fields than in any other application). Besides the usual personal data, places, religious records, notes, sources, pictures, hyperlinks, visual marks, etc. can be associated to them. Of course, it supports Gedcom import/export, and additionally, it has a report generator to create family information web pages.
Cons: Well, to be honest, one thing I don't like is that as a student in Eastern Europe, I cannot afford the full version... But this is definitely not a problem of GenoPro, I absolutely understand that Dan, who makes this wonderful application in one person(!), has to make a living from something...

Version: GenoPro 1.99
"I was happy to pay for this."
Pros: Although 1.99 is still basic, the beta which you are entitled to, just blows everything else away. The details per individual, web site generator, ability to put so many types of relationships (even pets, hereditory problems etc) makes this a very powerful tool. Have over 1200 individuals managed easily.
