  "It made possible for me to access an external drive"

  Version: General Purpose USB Hub 5.1.2600.0

  Pros

  I felt safe to experiment this drive and find where to put it. Still I cannot use the Hub for more than two devices

  Cons

  I had no certainty it was this drive I could use and it does not help with the determination of which USB I was using

  Summary

  Since I could not find in the proper site and with windows update a solution to my proper I was pleased to see CNET also had this kind of product - not evident when you read the categories - and feel confident to try and see what the best suits my purposes.
