Version: Gbridge 1.0.0.1146
"Good Product, should be in beta"
Pros: This has the potential to be an awesome piece of software if they can get it right before the train passes by. Currently, there are to many issues with this product, it should be in beta not production.
Cons: Connectivity issues, software not allowed with Google TOS (not a lawyer here), authentication issues, European usage issues, and well just read the bugs section, it's the largest in the forum
Summary: I LOVE IT, if it would just work right. Wait for v2 to come out, but if to much time is taken a better product will emerge.

I have been using gbridge as my daily utility for quite a while. I can say it is rock solid since its first release, even more stable than Microsoft's foldershare, which I used heavily before I found gbridge. I followed the exchanges on gbridge forum in a regualr basis. There are some issues reported, but mainly usage questions instead of bugs. The European usage issue you refered is caused by the googlemail/gmail confusion, and has been resolved almost 2 monthes ago. The authenticate issue is part of the european usage issue. The connectivity issue is mostly about various firewall configuration and proxy. Google TOS is not an issue at all. BTW, I know many software support forums are very quiet and clean, --- just because there is no one actually using the software. So I won't use the number of posts as a negative index.
To me, Gbridge's only con is that it doesn't support linux, otherwise I can bring my linux box into my vpn too.
