    "A gaming VPN client that works... when it works."

    Pros

    A decent zero-configuration VPN client that you can use to connect with like-minded people for easy gaming.

    Cons

    The technical support is downright incompetent and is quick to close support request topics with simple-minded suggestions like "clean up your pc with an antivirus" or "format your hard disk" (no joke).

    Summary

    Usability: Works great when there are no technical issues. These are infrequent but unfixable. The support team simply will not help you.
