    "Infuriating formatting bug"

    Can't recall if this was true of earlier versions, but since I started using v5 I have noticed a profoundly annoying and recurrent bug; any template, at any time, may not just lose ALL its text formatting but the ability to reapply any style changes, requiring that one resume work from a duplicate template (if you thought to save one) or start over from scratch (if you didn't). This seems to happen most frequently when adding an image or changing text in the editor, but just about anything can set it off apparently.

    This, coupled with the always-on autosave (seriously, who thought this was a good idea?) and uninformative handling of eBay error messages makes this otherwise handy tool something of a headache to use.
