"Installs malware"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
I didn't get past the malware upon installing it.
Cons
YontooIEClient.dll. Google it. If you don't want it on your system, don't install Gadwin Printscreen. Comodo Internet Security picked up on it during the installation and couldn't remove it completely.
Summary
Another FAIL by download.com.

"Doesn't print well with Window 7."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Onscreen viewing is ok.
Cons
Does NOT print clearly. It looks all smeared. It's readable.
Summary
Don't install if you need screen print outs. Ok for on screen viewing.

"Great for Genealogy. Does what it states very well."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
It's Free, what more can I say!! Great screen capture, of what you want and not the whole screen. Allows you to save your image as any file extension. Can choose where you want your images saved. Can set up auto naming feature for every image you copy from your screen. If you can see it on your screen, you can capture it with this wonderful free program. Best free program I have ever found for helping with genealogy research.
Cons
Can't think of anything I don't like!!
Summary
With this great free program you can select what you want on your screen, where to store it, what file extension you want to use as well as what you want to name each image. Best program I have found for doing genealogy research.

"Simple printscreen utility."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Works on Windows 7 - 64bit.
Cons
There's no "Don't ask next time." or, it's not obvious how to remove the message. Each time you take a picture, it will ask you to cancel or accept. There's no option to always accept no matter what.
Summary
Have been using built-in print screen + irfanview for capturing screen for years. But there are times I just need it pre-cut for me (capturing the current window). I have used a pro-version of Snag-It in the past but I really don't use all of the features, and feels a little slow. Gadwin is a very simple tool. Just install, and it immediately works with the print-screen button. Customization only requires a few seconds of your time.

Cons

-
"Great little program!!"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
I used this on XP for years, so I was ecstatic that it was available for 7. It works seamlessly with little fuss. One click on 'Print Screen' and follow the instructions. Send it to your printer or save it as you'd like.
Cons
I don't have any cons. The above reviews are puzzling to me since I have not experienced their problems at all.
Summary
It's worked great for me. Take time to get to know it and the settings available. Best of all, it's free.

"Works as advertised without obvious flaws"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros

Cons
Could have additional features but what the heck, it's free!
