Cons

"Good software prior to Win7"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Lots of output options, easy configuration, can print to any printer and not just the default one. Easy and fast to install, no sign up required. No watermarks.
Cons
No way to have a one-time output change, it always permanently reconfigures your settings when you output. In Win7 with high DPI mode for high res screens, it completely screws up the screen capture, cutting off the right and bottom edges and stretching the rest of the image to make up for it, which looks horrible. Seems to be a dead project, no updates all year and no response to my questions, I would not pay for zero support.
Summary
It's a fantastic free screen capture program on XP, but it wasn't tested properly on all Win7 conditions, neither free nor paid version. (I think a couple of reviews about the watermarks came from people installing the Pro version instead of the free one.)

"Works great with Win7 64bit"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6

Easy to install, defaults to prt scn button, or can be re-assigned to an F key or other command. Fully configurable. And it's FREE.
Cons
None that I can find yet.
-
"A way to use the "Print Scr" button."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
I like the option of copying all or a section of any screen.
Cons
Nothing I can think of.
-
"nice until it stopped working"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
It worked once or twice
Cons
It stopped working and started producing blank 21k images despite all attempts at changing settings to correct this
-
"Excellent Program I Use Every Day"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Simple, quick, reliable, useful, does what it says on the virtual tin.
Cons
No cons, please keep future versions as simple and as uncomplicated!!!
Summary
I've been using Gadwin Screen Print for years, it's one of those programs I always install on a new laptop within the first day or two. I do a lot of internet graphics and use it every day. On a recent Windows Update, it disappeared and I was amazed how many times I tried to use it in just two days, finally came over to get a new one. Set it up right and it will serve you day in, day out ...

"Great Product"
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
So far I've only used it to capture pictures of houses on google maps but it works great.
Cons
None so far
Summary
Perfect for what I'm using it for.
-
"This non-freeware sucks now."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Great, if you wanna pay. This, however, means it's NOT freeware.
Cons
Sticks "unregistered version" across everything I capture. Uninstalled, finding a new program.
Summary
Don't do it. There are TRUE freeware options out there, choose one.
-
"Loved it until it was suddenly no longer free."
Version: Gadwin PrintScreen 4.6
Pros
Very easy to use
Cons
You have to pay now unless you like "Unregistered Version" in big annoying red letters watermarked on everything. I don't so will be looking elsewhere for another printscreen. Disappointing.
