    "Easy to use partition manager"

    Pros

    1. Has all the important features you'd need: make, resize, format, change type (ntfs, ext3, fat32 etc), primary and logical disks, cluster size, make multiple partitions on one disk, etc., etc.
    2. It's free!

    Cons

    A little slow to boot up, but not a big concern
