I've been using this along with a bluetooth data logger and it works great. I've tried a few of the other geotagging apps out there and this is the best of the bunch. I thing Gisteq should bundle this with their device to replace the crap Mac OS X software they developed. Please help keep this software going and donate to the developer. -
"Cool better than SONY's Software"

Hi,
I'm a so called switcher and used my GPS Logger by Sony and its delivered Software for Win. I found this very helpful piece of software for my Mac and it was love at the first click. It gives more options more details than the so called professional software Sony delivers with the logger. So keep on with your tremendous work!

Totally brilliant and wonderfully useful, especially love the reverse geocoding thing where it gets a human-readable location from the lat/long coordinates. -
"Absolutely fabulous."

GPS fields have been a part of the EXIF spec for some years now. While specialty cameras (with GPS antennae) exist that automatically save position data with each image, it is simply not practical for most people with an interest in image tracking to go out and buy a new device to replace an existing camera and GPS unit.
Three cheers to the author for making such a useful tool available for free!
