Additionally, it provides automatic detection of GPS units, notification of GPS connection and disconnection, and automatic COM port discovery. Software comes with 9 example applications written in Visual Basic.NET, C#, and C++ .NET.
Version 3 adds support for transferring waypoints, adding, and editing routes, and downloading tracks from many Garmin GPS devices, including the eTrex and GPS III series.
