Pros: This media player does everything. From playing all media types including DVD. I absolutely don't use any other player anymore.
Cons: I see no down side with this player. Never crashes

"Antivirus tags this as spyware with a keylogger"
Pros: Didn't use it
Cons: Norton Internet Security flagged the uninstall exe as spyware with keylogging capability.

Pros: No fuss, no muss, low profile, feature laden. Plays just about anything, codec downloads are easy and fast and work the vast majority of the time. It's not nearly the resource hog that Media Player is and doesn't have half the problems.
Cons: The only issue I ever had was not being able to turn the subtitles off on a movie but I'm just about positive it was the way the movie was formatted as opposed to any issue with GOM.
Summary: Tired of Media Player telling you that you need to to download a codec and it still doesn't work when you do? Then you need this software. read more
