    "Finally a program that makes true ICO files"

    Pros

    I searched for a long time for a program that would create multipage image files, as required by the Windows ICO format (more info here http://www.hhhh.org/cloister/csharp/icons/).
    Finally found it in GIF Movie Gear.

    Cons

    None that I could see

    Summary

    It really does what it promises.
