Pros
Fantastic program which lets me read gcf files. It allowed me to create a video in Garry's Mod.
Cons
Included a virus named PUP.adware.downloader.

This is the only popular GCF reader for source games available. It functions as advertised and is usable software. This tool allows you to use embedded data in GCF data for editing and other purposes.
