Earlier versions worked very well under windows XP.
Cons
This version is not Vista compatible although Inbit claims it is. What is really disturbing is that they knew it is not compatible even though it is marketed as such.
Summary
I've used FullShot version 8 for a number of years running under Windows XP. Great program. Works without a hitch. Upgraded to version 9.5.1.4 which installs but will not run under Vista (64-bit). Contacted Inbit support about the problem. They acknowledged the problem. They sent me a link to a patch (9.5.1.5) they claimed would solve the problem. No dice! Same problem remains. What is really disturbing is that they knew it is not compatible even though it is marketed as such.

Easy to use, different capture functions allows for as well full screen, windows, menues etc capture
Cons
Such an important function should be an integrated part of Windows!
Summary
One of the most important functions is the multiple captures, which we use for documenting total applications. It is easy to capture separately windows and menue bars ets and incorporate in word documents etc.
