    "A Solid Downloader and Converter"

    Pros

    Easy download and installation of this free software give you a tremendous tool. Intuitive controls and powerful utility backed by tutorials and response to feedback this this a top program.

    Cons

    I have not figured out the screen capture feature.

    Summary

    I have gone through many upgrades of this program with great results - every improvement is like a new toy.
