"after two or three minutes it "freezes""

it works, it blocks. connection quality better than ultrasurf. in this country skype is blocked. but with freegate if I phone within the 2 first minutes or start watching a clip, I can go on as long as I want but at end i can't access anything else.
Cons
nice for skype but for the rest pretty useless. pity. if u know how to solve the freezing after two minutes, drop a note at steviejongh@hotmail.com

It does what it says it will, and does it fairly well. It doesn't install a bunch of traceable extra junk, and it can be run from a flash drive or even a floppy, a plus when your goal is to avoid being thrown in prison for searching the web.
Cons
The biggest CON of this program is that a bunch of incompetents with a serious entitlement problem think there's something wrong because they can't uninstall it.

This program was created by members of the outlawed Chinese spiritual movement Falun Gong, which the Chinese government has persecuted for years. It was not created to make a fortune, nor was it created to allow college students to bypass their schools' security system so they can download porn, but hey, priorities, right?
When the government makes it illegal even to TALK about your religious beliefs, and simply surfing the web is all it takes to get you thrown in prison and have your organs harvested and sold on the black market, then maybe, just maybe, you might want to protect yourself online. Of course, whining entitled twenty-somethings whose biggest worry is whether or not mommy and daddy will pay for their keg parties might not really comprehend that there are people in the world who actually NEED programs like this. -
