This isn't hard to use at all. Quickly loads the file and pretty quick to convert it. I've been using it almost everyday since I downloaded it.

This program has a very simple and easy to use interface. The buttons a clear, and easy to find. It gives a good amount of customisation, without overwhelming the user - it gives good customisation, with a simple interface.
Cons
I personally didn't like the colour scheme, I found it rather jaring, especially compared with the default Windows XP theme. It would have been nicer if they had just kept the normal theme.
Summary
This piece of software is a marvel. I spent a long time today trying to find the right software to change my videos so they would work on my new iPod, but all the other ones I found were paid, or they just wouldn't work properly. This program was different, it did a perfect job, converting the files flawlessly, while doing so with a simple, easy to understand interface. All this, and the program is 100% free, no adware, no spyware, no catches - completely free. But don't get this program expecting it to have the greatest visual interface ever, the interface is easy to navigate, and does the functional job perfectly, however it is a bit of an eyesore, and I won't be keeping the program up when I don't need it (although, who would, even if it did look nice...).

its free, easy to install, allows you to choose output size and quality and tags video, very user friendly. when it works, it works just fine.

sometimes it gets stuck on the 'prepare to convert' screen and doesnt open source video. on other ocasions it freezes at 99%, and after you have waited for it to almost finish, doesnt convert your video.quite frustrating
Summary
i like it in the sense that it is free an it works great when it does work. but i am definitely switching to another one that works better. it is not 100% reliable.

didn't work - said it couldn't convert my files because they weren't a video stream, but had no help for explaining or fixing that, either with the program or on the website. maybe someone with more tech knowledge could use this, but i ended up downloading another program (aoa media - not free, but worth it!) that did work.

Free. Easy. Just a few clicks and you're on your way to a new mp4 with excellent quality. The link doesn't point to a download, it points to their download page.

A few errors on startup, but just ignored them. Didn't look important enough to pay attention to and it started working anyway, so I figured it was just Vista being Vista again. The look and feel as well as the user controls could use some work...
Summary
Overall a NICE product, and it's free. It works, and you lose no money if it doesn't. So how the hell can you complain? CaseyAzalea's review is kind of funny. Look at the download size. 8.24 K... that's 8.24 kilobytes... that's nowhere close to 1 megabyte. If you seriously expect a program to be packaged into something so small, you probably shouldn't own a computer.
