  "Works well, good sound, interface+lack of help = bad."

  Pros: Free! Works well once you work out how! I like classical music - sound quality fine.

  Cons: Interface not obvious, and lack of "Help" doesn't help. If u are new to YouTube it is not too clear what to put in the big box for required URL/s. The item Options | "Check for updates" has a bug - freezes machine!! Remember: UN-TICK "Install ASK".

  Summary: Mostly see Pros & Cons above. Definitely will keep & use.
  Have a gripe with CNET Tech Tracker re this prog - it insists on telling me I've got an obsolete version, even after un-install / re-install - why?? read more

  "Very effective and easy to use!"

  Pros: This product is very easy to use.

  Cons: The only thing that sort of bothers is the browser window menu. But all in all I give it a favorable download.
