    "Quick and Simplistic Down-loader & Converter"

    Pros

    Easy to install.
    Does what it says it does and converts while downloading.
    Good for novice users converting YouTube videos to iPad, iPod, PSP, and other devices for the first time.
    Converts YouTube videos already downloaded.

    Cons

    BE VERY CAREFUL while installing. Do NOT choose recommended install. DO choose custom (advanced) install and pay attention to messages so as NOT to install other included toolbars & search engines by accident. IF you follow instructions CAREFULLY, you will have no problems...Instructions ARE straight forward and not tricky. Just follow them!!!
    Biggest disappointment was lack of control. Converting YouTube videos to .mp3 only converts to 128bit only, no matter what the settings chosen.

    Summary

    Recommend for novices, BUT follow install instructions very carefully so as not to install additional (unwanted) software.
