Version: Free Window Sweeper 1.1
Pros: On the left side of the interface, check the boxes that you want to clean. It will clean recently typed urls, cookies, index .dat files, temporary internet files, visted url history, and auto complete history.
In the windows area it will clean start run history, recent documents, recycle bin, search assistant, temporary files, clipboard, log files, memory dumps, and file fragments.
And cleans Google, Yahoo, MSN, toolbars history, user assist history, open file history, Paint and menu order history. Also cleans Microsoft Office, instant messengers MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, AOL, and Skype messengers. And will clean windows media player, real player, quick time player, Microsoft works and more. This cleaner supports 4 browsers Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape.

Pros: It supports four browsers for cleaning Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape and Firefox. On the left side of the interface where it shows cleaner settings, check what you want to clean and click clean and it will clean what has been selected. If you click on test it will show how many files and size in kilobytes will be removed before cleaning.
It will clean temporary internet files, cookies, visted url history, locked index .dat files, last download location and auto complete forms. Cleans windows recent documents, start run, recycle bin, search assistant, temp files, clipboard, memory dumps, and windows log files.
And on advanced it will clean open file history, tray notifications cache, paint, menu order cache, google toolbar history, yahoo toolbar history, msn toolbar history and microsoft office items. Also cleans all instant messengers history, windows media player, quick time player and real player history.
Cons: I had to click the clean button twice, to get it to clean what I had selected.

Pros: Simple, plain, and does the job pretty well
Cons: Watch out...........it allows you to set files to delete you might have wanted to keep. Especially menu files.

"Clean what ever you want! Free!"
Pros: Great program! It can clean many areas, such as Temporary files, cookies, Index.dat files, clipboard, Windows Log Files, Memory dumps and history, in 3rd party program.
You can even add your own locations in folders and Registry...
You can see how much it can deletes by click on the Test button
When I start it, it was using 8 MB RAM.
