Pros: Scan was supper fast!
Cons: I didn't experience any cons.
Summary: 1,800 double reg entries found. Scary! no wonder my computer was moving at a snails space. This is the best program I have ever used. And one that didn't actually do more damage than good.Thank you Cnet and Free Reg. read more

Pros: Creates a restore point so if any errors occur you can always system restore!
Simple and easy to useCons: Absolutely None [so far]

Version: Free Window Registry Repair 2.0
Pros: It's free and easy to use with one-click error fix.
Cons: You have to have some computer smarts to know what each registry is for and know if you want to "fix" it or not.
Summary: I am not very computer-smart, so I clicked on "fixed all". My selected homepage changed to the default homepage and default "favorites" were added back on. Fortunately my other "favorites" were not affected. I did not see much change in boot-up t... read more

"Did not meet the objective of cleaning up"
Pros: Looking for a cleaner and thought it would solve my problem
Cons: I have not found a cleaner to rid me of the "Windows Installer" window followed by the "Taskapps" window which tries to find them right after the desktop loads. Each time I have to delete them using "Task Manager".
