Pros: Does what it says and the dvds I have cut out parts to, work on even the cheapest of dvd players.
Cons: none to speak of yet.
Summary: dvdvideosoft.com makes programs that do just as specified. little to no problems have I noticed. Yet my 4* rating is because haven't used long enough to give much more feed back. However it is nice to be able to have a program that is simple to use. ... read more

"It trashed the sound in my video."
Pros: Free doesn't do me any good if the program is junk.
Cons: It scrambled the sound in my video.
Summary: The select, cut and delete part was easy enough to work out. But in th efile it saved, the sound was all gone. It just played micro blips of sound. What a waste of time and effort! read more

"Does its job but poor output quality"
Pros: Nice and simple UI; Can delete unwanted scenes, but thats about it!
Cons: The end-result or output file loses a lot of quality and is too "blocky"; No options to improve quality or work at higher resolution.

"Ruin videos forever with more free stuff"
Pros: More free stuff
Cons: Slightly choppy video
Summary: I chopped the end and the beginning off a video I wanted to keep using this editor. I deleted the original video before noticing that the result had very slightly choppy video. All such edited videos had the same thing, long or short. read more

"Can say enough... easy, great,"
Pros: Easy to use, hasn't glitched or locked up once.
Cons: I use on both an XP and Vista and I haven't come across any problems in the three months plus that I've been using their programs.
