Version: Free Password Manager Plus 1.5
"Decent for Bill Paying-RoboForm is Better for Password Management, Form Filling"
Pros: I tried the product. Worked well for bill paying. Pretty slick toolbar, not overly space consuming.
Cons: It's not clear that they are using the latest encryption methods, so I'm concerned for my personal data. It did not work for all my logins. Definitely did not work in all instances of form filling. RoboForm is a MUCH better product for password management, form filling and daily Internet activities. Not even close.

Pros: Absolutely free!
No spyware or popups( compare with Gator)
No annoying popups for an upgrade.
Remember that Roboform is not free. You need to upgrade to a paid version after a month or use a very limited version with only 10 passcards. Billeo is free. It is as intelligent as Roboform in filling up passwords.Other password managers are not intelligent in the sense that they cannot identify various login pages within a same site and we may have to save each login page as a separate entry which is much annoying if you use sites like yahoo which has different login pages with same username and password for different services.
Cons: It has a form filler which is not intelligent and has limited functions. I use Roboform only for filling web forms.

Cons: Doenst fill in all forms. Try Roboform.
