    "The only thing I could get was pictures of paragraphs."

    Pros

    This program is free.

    Cons

    Does not convert PDF to editable text. Appears as snapshot of page that you need to edit in a photo editor; way too cumbersome.

    Summary

    Not worth the time to try.
