Pros: I used this program a lot at church for recording various things. It works very well and the recordings are very clear. It will even run on crappier computers than it says it will.

"Not so good if you have to convert a lot of music."
Pros: Decent encoding options, works well for the odd conversion.
Cons: Not suitable for converting large amounts of files unless they're all in the same folder (folders must be added one by one)

"Super - especially if you need to convert a song of your own."
Pros: The software is Always there if you need it to be. And sometimes when a web site requires MP3, for example, you can easily convert anything that it is in now.
