    "First try, error!"

    Pros

    I dont know yet.

    Cons

    I've just tried it for the first time wanting to burn a DVD, selected my mp4 file and wanted to add it, but i got an error!
    Only said "failed to add following file(s): blablabla/mp4.
    I'm dissapointed now. Anyone know what might be the problem?:(

    uninstall and redownload; reinstall. Sounds tedious but its not that bad and SHOULD fix your problem. Otherwise, d/l win 7 codec pack from CNET.
