Pros: It's very simple encoder. As input files accepts only WAV and RAW formats!
Cons: I'd like if this tool could change the bit rate of existing MP3 files!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: My McAfee caught it as trying to install a PUP. This software is infected, and should be removed from CNET.

"CANNOT CONVERT FILES INTO MP3 FILE"

Cons: After I open and select the wav file, and then Press the start, it promt out error and terminate the software!
