    "this software does more than the user expects."

    Pros

    You definitely have a choice of what you want done, and you even have a choice after this (Internet surfing) Washer is finished finding what it considers to be problems of evidence of your surfing.

    Cons

    I suggest it be expanded in an advanced or extra choices for the user, such as hide surfing (anonimously), work in the background to erase surfing activities, and other things too.
