    "Doesn't do the job"

    Simple interface

    Cons

    Only hides for current user -- folder is visible to other user accounts.

    Summary

    Log in
    Hide a folder
    Log out or switch user
    Log in to a separate account on same computer
    Find your hidden folder: it's not hidden! All other users on the computer can find your files!

    Not actually true (you can't see hidden folders from another user account). Apart from that, great review!
