Publisher's description included the feature I wanted (vcr-like timer), but this would cost $25.
Summary
The program pops up, "Feature not available in free version" when you try to change the recording quality, use the timer, or do other things. Maybe the free version is worthwhile to some, but not me.

Lower edge of window was not accessible so buttons could not be clicked. It had no close button so I needed to use Task Manager.

The windows came up with the edges gone so I couldn't see all the buttons. After changing three settings the whole thing froze and dinged at me no matter what I did. I couldn't close it with Task Manager so I had to restart my computer.
Summary
Don't bother trying this if you have WIndows 7.
