Pros
It's free it's smooth, it has a library function and it never hangs up like some others which I've tried!! And it's for free!
Cons
I guess that it's not so good looking and that they market a totaly unessary toolbar for some search engine when you install the program, but I guess it's in that way they earn money on the program witch makes it free prog. & Atleast its optional!
Summary
I have almost nothing to say except It's free it's smooth, it has a library function and it never hangs up like some others which I've tried!! And it's for free!
But they should take away the toolbar option from the installer it's really anoing, get your found by programing addons for your programs instead you programer dudes!!

And I think the add were/ the virus warning is probably in the toolbar cause my antivirus program AVG hasn't warned for anything, I head screwed on so I didn't install the toolbar either so.. That could be it!^^.. (+MaCaffe sucks anyhow switch to AVG(the free version) it's free and its good!) And the program in it self is very usefull! so don't listen to the others.. The programers need to rething who they co-op with though.. Perhaps it's their own invention in that case **boo** to them.. Atleast make avertisement for a good search engine like google or something..
