Version: Free FLV Converter 6.5
"THIS PRODUCT IS FREE UNTIL....."
Pros: This product is actually very good. Clean interface, easy to use, nice selection of conversions, etc., etc.. but.....
Cons: There's a catch and it just happened to me today. If you click OK in response to "there is an upgrade available do you want to upgrade now?" That's it, this product is no longer free.
Summary: Now they charge $19.00 for the license, not really a big dollar ticket, but it's the way they do it to you. Kind of sneaky I'd say. I understand they need to make a buck. And they should. I just think there should be some type of forewarning that in the future or near future that this upgrade will no longer function or lose part of it's functionality. It's kind of a knee jerking surprise when the new app starts up and the features you were just using maybe minutes before no longer work!
