Pros
Views all types in the clipboard, and even includes a hex editor to properly view binary data on the clipboard, and the hex values can be copied with the context menu.
Cons
Copying of Unicode text from binary data could be made better, and it would be better if an editor was built-in, but it's a viewer after all!
Summary
In reply to sintan, there are many times the data copied to the clipboard is just not the format that you want it in, or you want to see exactly what is the binary data stored on the clipboard. Things that I can think of right now are: extracting copied file selections in explorer, removing formatting from RTF formatted text, getting the binary data copied from the Registry Editor, etc.
