"Can not set up specific dates"
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
It's simple, nicely designed, and it works.
Cons
You can not set up specific dates, only days of week. Also, I wanted to use it for events that repeat every other week - can not do neither.
Summary
It does me no good, so I uninstalled it.

"Awesome Simple and Works"
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
Flexible, easy to setup, works without problems, does not seem to effect any other programs. Has changeable tones / rings. And make each one work the way you want it too.
Cons
other than volume being limited by computer, and not able to make louder.....there are none
Summary
great little free App I have wish could find one as good for my android phone. You can try this and not worry about spyware or causing yourself problems with other installs. And if you do not like easy to remove....not sure why want to but always good to know.
Plus starts right back after a re-boot no issues. -

"Absolutely the best alarm possible"
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
So easy to use
Cons
i have nothing negative to say
Summary
Easy to set-up & complete your settings. You choose what days, what alarm sounds, what message to show when the alarm comes on. You can even get it to wake your computer up out of Hibernation & turn on your monitor. (i am 74 years old & if i can do it, anyone can)
Thanks C-net for providing such wonderful downloads.

"I does what it's supposed to do, no more - no less."
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
Setting the alarm is straight forward. I like that I have choices in alarm sounds. The feature of the alarm waking up the computer itself works well and is a big Plus.
Cons
All entries are set to repeat - would be nice to have a button for a "once only" alarm instead of having to delete the repeat alarm after a single use. I have yet to figure out what the button "clone" is good for other than reentering a set alarm.
Summary
You get more than you paid for because it's free.

"Daily Alarms Only, no dates."
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
Very simple & Easy to use. Customizable Alarms. Wakes up computer from Standby.
Cons
Alarms can only be set to be repeated on selected days of the week with no option for Specific Dates.
-
"Has woke me up in time for work."
Version: Free Alarm Clock 2.5
Pros
Wakes pc. I plug in my portable speakers and it is definitely loud enough.
Cons
Could use more ringers. Some of the ringers are really too quiet.
Summary
I've been sleeping hard lately & have overslept for work. I had started using 2 alarm clocks & I still overslept (got in trouble lol), now I have a this for a 3rd alarm & I absolutely love it. I set all three alarms & they are about 10 minutes apart. I hit snooze on all three & by the time I get to sit/lay back down they all start going off again. I have them all at least 10' from me & from each other so I have no choice to get up to get to them, plus I have to get to them quick cause I don't think neighbors want to be woken up at 3am.
