I like the software but I'd like to be able to use what I paid for. The serial number I was given would not convert the software to full version, but I continue to have the trial version and this has happened with 2 other software products from AMS

The problem is no customer service; problems with the serial numbers converting to full version go unanswered the by the company. I paid for software and I can't use it and no one will respond to emails and there is no other contact for this company
Summary
Do not buy anything form AMS-Software because if you have any problems at all you will never hear from customer service. They do not answer emails or their online form. I have 3 programs I purchased and I can't use them because I can't get anyone at the company to help me. I've sent emails; I've filled out their online form and I am stuck with software that will not convert to full version; or the serial numbers disappear and it reverts to a trial version. This is the first time I have ever had this much trouble with a company and I but a lot of software. Do not purchase their software till they correct the bugs in their serial codes!
