    "Excellent customer support"

    Pros

    Very good for cataloguing photos. Ratings, comments etc are stored in the exif data, so future proof.
    The customer support is really 5 star, best I've experienced. They respond very fast, and don't give up until between you've found the solution.

    Cons

    It takes some time to learn the software because it does so much. Worth perseveringly.
