this shopping cart runs in my pc fast, the internet connection doesn't matter, when you finish just upload store to the servers. it easy and intuitive to use. their customer service is awesome and they always answer my questions professionaly.

I like that they don't charge the bandwidth used, instead they charge a very small percentage from the sale. they deserve it because they bring a lot of visitors to my website. -

Fortune3 cart is Terrible! I liked this service at first, but after signing up I found out that there were hidden fees. A huge percentage of my sales went to fortune3 which is not really advertised on their site. I spent days, weeks, lot of time adding products so I ended up staying with them. For a year now my husband and I have had a lot of trouble getting the cart to work right, the website is down just about every day and I am not kidding! Because the shopping cart is hosted on Fortune3.com servers (not optional) you have no choice but to deal with it. Their Support is terrible. When I've tried to let them know about problems on the cart or when the web store is down they are very blunt and just darn RUDE! As a small company my husband and I have complained numerous times and they just don't care, they tell us that we just have to be patient and deal with it. I believe that their administrators (David Farache) and owner(s) of the company are not very mature and are not willing to service their product. This situation has been extremely frustrating!
Fortunately I see a light at the end because we have recently moved our webstore to a new Cart and it looks like it is a 120% better than fortune3 shopping cart. My website is always up, there are no extra sales fees and they have best support ever. Very nice people. I hope this helps someone, because I was not very happy using Fortune3 cart. -

Feature-rich and easy to use. Great support team.
Cons
A little expensive for hosting e-commerce sites with a lot of items. Additional 1% charge for each sale. Shopping cart software is proprietary and won't work with other hosting companies.
Summary
Product is user-friendly/ easy to use. Adding items (on e-commerce sites) is easy and intuitive. Lots of good features, such as random "featured items" for more exposure, and a field for key words/ SEO. Good tech support whenever you need them. However, this all comes at a cost once the trial period is over. The shopping cart will not work with other hosting companies, and the rest of the website may also not work correctly, too, with other hosting companies, as the coding used is also related to the shopping cart.

The fortune 3 shopping cart offers a very efficient ecommerce solution to sell online, anything from products to services, downloads, photos, gift certificates. You name it. The pc base interface is awesome.
Cons
So far I have not found anything missing or an improper function. I have to dig deeper into the system to explore so many features which I haven't used yet.
Summary
From the data entry to managing the online store, the fortune 3 shopping cart software offers an incredible tool for online businesses.
The product import feature through excel is organized and so fast that creating and modifying the online store takes just a few minutes.
I think that this program can achieve results comparable to the online stores offered by the largest corporations that sell online. I recommend everyone to give it a try.
