    "Big mistake to install"

    The program installed a script in my Firefox so that the ASK webpage always load automatically when starting Firefox. Not possible to delete via Firefox or Microsoft normal un-delete programs.

    Tried to use the program once, with bulk processing a few files. Only output were a number of small irrelevant files.

    Summary

    Worst program I have installed in the last 20 years. Leaves a long lasting headache.
