"It's very easy to develop forms and share data"

Pros: We have automated over 20 of our office forms, and formtool has been fantastic. We have even posted forms to the web for data collection with our customers and prospects. This has helped us keep in-touch with customers, and minimize the clerical effort in the process.

Cons: We wanted the pdf import and pdf publishing option so we upgraded to the professional version.

"We put our entire office on forms created with formtool"

Pros: This product has been our forms tool system for over a year and it works great.

"frequently crashes when too many fields"

Pros: low price

Cons: if I create a form with too many fields then the program crashes and hangs my computer, loses data.
