The forms are created in a VB like drug and drop interface. The saved form has XML format, which can be stored in Source Control systems and delivered to other parties. The product is a very good tool for Analysts who want to communicate screen requirements easily. The product can also be used to learn basics of HTML. Other people who just want to express their screen mockups unambiguously should use the Designer.

Version: Form Designer 1.2
Pros: Free. A fast, mini version of VB ( thats a good thing ). For creating websites it seems. Efficient layout, very well designed.
Cons: Did not create windows as developer describes. No help file, thats a huge problem. I recommend clicking on the tools menu and categorizing the properties. The developer rushed this out, but it is a quality app.

"Very simple and easy to use tool."
Pros: It's very easy to create Windows forms and preview them as normal forms and HTML.
Cons: Only one form per file. Would be nice to have a project like structure.
