From Andreas Prietzel:
ForeignMinister allows you to evaluate your contacts and keep track of your private and professional connections. The relationship towards a friend for example might be defined as friendly or chummy which then is displayed as a bar. This bar might be coloured in red for the worst or in green for the best status, that is the closer or the more frequent the contact the greener the bar and vice versa. In time however, this status drops automatically (the rate is individually adjustable). The longer you do not have any contact to this person, the more the status drops. As soon as you get into contact again, you raise the status of this person according to your preference. That is, you award points for the manner of contacting, for example a phone call might be rated higher than a sms. The overall status ranking will always display the person with the lowest (reddest) status at the top. In this way, you always know to which person you did not have any contact in quite a while. The programme is designed as a help to maintain contacts in a way, it is an early-warning system for contact loss.
