Great resource of Banks and Governement sources. Found some properties that the subsciption services did not find. (realtytrac.com and foreclosure.com)
Cons
When I searched by zip code it didn't find anything. I assume it is because it is only searching a few sources.
Summary
Great resource if you are looking for foreclosures. Doesn't replace my subscription services but it does offer some direct sources for finding some amazing deals.

I got different lists from banks and zip codes.Although they had some of the same listings,niether had a complete list.
Summary
If i get different results,it seems to me that it is just not accurate.

When I searched by zip code no properties came up but when I tried zip codes in las vegas and phoenix there were a ton.
