"Failed from many other free stuffs, this one is simple but work."

Pros
Easy user interface, just tick name of those you want and send msg. Further more, it support Thai language.
Cons
As it is simple sending message function, it lacks of fancy things like, emotional icons, smiley etc...

Pros
If you have in home quite a bunch of PC's and you like sending messages through an easy way to other users it is quite nice.
And it is for free!
No multiple MSN-accounts or internetconnection needed
Cons
You can't save the message history.
The message appears as an pop-up window, you have to click OK before continuing your actual work.
If you have multiple MSN-accounts in your home network active this program isn't neccesary
